Facilitate Discussions
|
From time-to-time, management would like to have an objective party facilitate a
discussion with selected managers, supervisors, and/or employees on a subject that
needs input from a variety of people. The purpose of bringing an external facilitator
into the organization is to provide internal staff with an impartial, independent,
and unbiased party to bring things together. It works since the neutral facilitator
does not have any ties to the organization or any one in the organization.
